The planets of every third house i.e. 1, 3 can never meet each other. Hence they cannot have any mutual effect. But if they ever meet the channel of Mercury then they will not give any negative effect. If they become good then they will definitely become good .

Both Venus and Mercury together are auspicious and house number 7 is the permanent house for both. But when they get separated and are on the seventh place from each other, then the results of both are useless.
